Donna Bolstorf called the meeting to order in the absence of our leader Gloria Gordon. We met in the home of Paulette Ojanen with four members present. Pastor John Hanson was also present to lead our Bible Study. The ELCA Purpose and Mission Statements were read.

The Secretary's minutes of February 4, 2010 were read, with one correction on the day of the week for the Living Waters Conference, it being on Thursday instead of Saturday.

The Treasurer's report was read by Donna in the absence of Penny. The ending checkbook balance is $1694.35 and the savings account balance is $1523.35.

Old Business:

A reminder flyer about the Living Waters Conference in Longville on Thursday, March 18th was passed around and discussed. We were reminded that there will be a silent auction, jar bazaar and that we will be taking the pennies that we collected for the Outing Food Shelf. Anyone wanting to go should be at the Bowstring Store at 7:30 am on Thursday, March 18. The charge for lunch will be $7.00. A motion was made and seconded to give a love offering that day of $50. We also passed around a list of items that we could donate to the Lakes Area Pregnancy Support Center. New or slightly used baby items are welcome.

Fruit Baskets will be assembled on Sunday, March 14th after church. A sign up list is in the basement. Please bring fruit on or before that time.

Health Kits will be assembled on Sunday March 6th, by the Confirmation Kids. All items should be brought to the church by then. Gloria will purchase any extra items, plus some Easter Grass to put in the Fruit Baskets.

New Business

We will be having Easter Services at both Suomi and Jesse Lake Churches this year. After some discussion we made a motion and seconded it to have Cinn. Rolls and Juice. Rhonda will take charge of purchasing and organizing.

Amber Kongsjord has asked if anyone would be willing to donate baked goods for the cake walk at King Elem. on the 27th of March. Please leave baked goods in the basement on Fri. march 26th by 10:00 am.

Our April meeting will be on the second Thursday, April 8th, because of Holy Week.

The meeting was adjourned. Pastor John then lead us in Bible Study.
